Refund Policy

Refunds or Exchanges:
Our refund policy is 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we can not consider offering an exchange or refund beyond that 14 day time period.

Refunds or exchanges can only be considered on faulty items.
Sadly, we can not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind regarding your decision to purchase or your chosen candle colour, fragrance or size. 

Damaged Goods:
Please inspect your candle/s as soon as you have received your delivery. Should you find the item/s to be damaged or defective in any way, please notify us immediately and send a photo of the damage so that we can assess the issue. Once we have had the opportunity to evaluate the situation, we will contact you regarding any further course of action. Any return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense and will not be covered by Cerberus Candles. 

Refunds:
We will require a copy of your proof of purchase and the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging for your claim to an exchange or refund to be considered.
If granted, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please remember that payments can take time to be processed through financial institutions, so please be patient.
