Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 Australia-wide. Items are shipped through a combination of couriers and Australia Post to ensure that we can reach both metro and rural areas for a fair price. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not guarantee delivery times, as they will vary due to factors beyond the control of Cerberus Candles. On average, packages usually take up to ten working days to be delivered across Australia. If your order is required urgently, please contact us to request a quote for express delivery.

While we do our best to have stock ready and available, during busy times, candles may be made to order. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared and despatched. You will always receive an email confirming the placement of your order and when it has been despatched from our premises.

Please inspect your candles as soon as they are delivered. While we do our utmost to ensure that your candles arrive safely, we can not control how they are handled by postal/courier workers while in transit. If you find that your item has been damaged, please let us know immediately (see Refund Policy). 

*Note: Our packing peanuts are made from cornstarch not plastic and are 100% environmentally friendly. They are compostable and water soluble!
